Affiliate Program Terms

1. Joining the Program

You must provide complete and accurate application, contact, payment, and tax information. We may approve or reject an application at our discretion and may review an approved account again if its traffic, promotion methods, or account information changes. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

Your affiliate account is separate from an Ovox customer account. It is provided through our affiliate platform, Endorsely, and is used to access referral links, reporting, commissions, and payout information. You are responsible for keeping its credentials secure.

2. Eligible Referrals and Attribution

A referral qualifies only when all of the following are true:

• The prospective customer uses your valid affiliate link or an Ovox-issued promotion code.
• The customer creates a new Ovox account within the 30-day attribution window.
• The customer was not already an Ovox customer and did not already own or control the referred account.
• The customer later pays Ovox for an eligible subscription and the payment is not refunded, reversed, or charged back.
• The referral and your promotional activity comply with these terms.

Ovox uses first-eligible-click attribution. If a prospective customer clicks more than one affiliate link, the first eligible affiliate click receives credit. Attribution is recorded when the customer creates its trial workspace and is retained if that workspace later becomes a paid account. Browser settings, consent choices, deleted cookies, blocked scripts, or unsupported devices may prevent attribution. We cannot award credit when our systems and Endorsely do not contain reliable attribution data.

3. Commission

The standard commission is 30% of Net Subscription Revenue collected from an eligible referred customer during that customer’s first 12 months as a paying Ovox subscriber. The commission period begins on the customer’s first successful subscription payment and ends 12 months later. It does not renew or continue at a lower rate after that period.

“Net Subscription Revenue” means subscription fees actually received by Ovox, excluding taxes, refunds, credits, discounts, chargebacks, disputed or fraudulent payments, payment reversals, and amounts paid for services outside the standard Ovox subscription. At the current undiscounted price of $197 per month, the standard commission is about $59 for each qualifying paid month, or about $709 over 12 months. The 30% rate, rather than these rounded examples, controls. Actual commission may be lower when a discount, credit, partial payment, or price change applies.

Commissions are calculated by Endorsely from Ovox’s Stripe records. Dashboard entries may be pending, estimated, reversed, or corrected before approval. Ovox’s records control if reporting systems disagree.

4. Payouts

Approved commissions follow Net-30 payout terms and are paid through Endorsely. You must provide a supported payout method and any reasonably requested tax or identity documentation. Any applicable payout requirements are shown in your affiliate dashboard. You are responsible for your own taxes, reporting obligations, payout-provider charges, currency-conversion fees, and bank fees.

We may withhold or reverse a commission while we investigate fraud, a refund, a chargeback, an attribution dispute, incomplete tax or payout information, or a suspected violation. If a commission already paid later becomes ineligible, we may deduct it from future commissions or request repayment.

5. Required Disclosures

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your financial relationship with Ovox wherever you promote an affiliate link or code. The disclosure must be close to the recommendation and understandable to the intended audience. Examples include: “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link” or “Sponsored affiliate link.” You must comply with the FTC Endorsement Guides and all other laws, platform rules, and advertising requirements that apply to you and your audience. The FTC publishes affiliate-disclosure guidance explaining that the relationship should be disclosed clearly and close to the recommendation.

6. Permitted Promotion

You may use truthful, current descriptions of Ovox and marketing assets made available in your affiliate dashboard. You may create your own educational content, comparisons, tutorials, and consulting materials as long as they are accurate, clearly identify you as independent from Ovox, and do not imply guarantees or endorsements that Ovox has not provided in writing.

7. Prohibited Activity

You must not:

• Refer yourself, an account you own or control, or an account created primarily to generate commission.
• Bid on “Ovox,” “Ovox AI,” misspellings, or other Ovox trademarks in paid search, or use them in ad account names, display URLs, domains, or social handles without written permission.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden links, misleading redirects, adware, spyware, automated traffic, fake leads, or other methods that create attribution without a genuine referral.
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages, violate a platform’s rules, or purchase or scrape contact lists for promotion.
• Publish false claims, fabricated reviews, undisclosed testimonials, fake urgency, or guarantees about Ovox’s performance, savings, compliance, or results.
• Impersonate Ovox or represent that you are an employee, agent, reseller, exclusive partner, or authorized support representative.
• Submit Ovox links or codes to coupon, deal, or cashback sites without written approval.
• Use unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, violent, or sexually explicit content to promote Ovox.

8. Independent Promotion

Each referred customer contracts with, is billed by, and owns its account with Ovox. Affiliate status does not provide access to a customer’s dashboard, billing information, leads, or other data.

You are independent from Ovox and may not bind Ovox, accept payment for an Ovox subscription, or make commitments on Ovox’s behalf. Any separate product or service you offer is solely your responsibility.

9. Ovox Brand and Materials

While your account remains approved, Ovox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use approved Ovox names, logos, links, and marketing materials solely to promote Ovox under these terms. You may not alter a logo, remove a notice, register a confusingly similar mark or domain, or use Ovox intellectual property in a way that harms the brand. All goodwill belongs to Ovox.

10. Customer and Personal Data

You must handle personal information lawfully and securely and collect only what you are authorized to use. Do not send customer credentials, billing details, lead data, or sensitive information to Ovox through an affiliate application. Endorsely and supported payout providers process affiliate and referral information under their own terms and privacy policies. Ovox’s handling of information is also described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Monitoring and Audit

We may review referral sources and ask for reasonable evidence of how you promoted Ovox, including URLs, screenshots, campaign settings, and disclosure placement. You agree to cooperate promptly. Failure to provide sufficient information may result in withheld commissions or suspension while we investigate.

12. Suspension and Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Ovox may suspend links, withhold pending commissions, or terminate immediately for fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, material breach, brand harm, or failure to provide required information. On termination, you must stop presenting yourself as an Ovox affiliate and stop using Ovox materials.

Unless termination results from fraud or a material violation, eligible commissions validly earned before the termination date remain payable under the normal payout terms. No commission accrues on customers referred after termination.

13. Changes to the Program

We may change or discontinue the program, commission structure, attribution rules, or these terms. For a material change, we will provide reasonable notice through email or the affiliate dashboard when practical. Changes apply prospectively unless required to address fraud, abuse, law, or platform integrity. Continuing to participate after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.

14. Independent Contractor

You participate as an independent contractor. These terms do not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, joint-venture, reseller, or exclusive relationship. You have no authority to make promises, warranties, or contracts for Ovox.

15. Disclaimers and Liability

The program, tracking, affiliate dashboard, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee acceptance, traffic, conversions, revenue, uninterrupted tracking, or any minimum commission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ovox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or business opportunity arising from the program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ovox’s aggregate liability arising from the program will not exceed the approved commissions paid or payable to you during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. General

You may not assign or transfer your affiliate account or these terms without Ovox’s written consent. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and any written commission arrangement shown in your affiliate dashboard form the complete agreement about the program and are governed by the law applicable at Ovox’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
